Based in Vancouver, the company currently has 35 properties in six provinces under the brands Sandman Hotels, Inns & Suites and Sandman Signature Hotels & Resorts. Sandman Hotel Group was presented with the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Hotel Company of the Year in 2007.

Sandman Signature Hotels & Resorts is an upscale brand launched in 2007, which currently features five properties, near Vancouver Airport, Toronto Airport, Prince George BC, Edmonton Alberta, and Revelstoke. The Signature line has a focus on added conveniences such as concierge and valet service, business centres and health club and fitness facilities.
